Return Window
You may return new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition you received it:
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached
- Free from stains, odors, or damage not present upon delivery
Items that arrive defective or due to a quality issue on our part are, of course, fully covered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at info@mizunooshop.it.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. There are no restocking fees – you will never be charged a penalty for sending something back.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing, the refund will be issued back to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return the original item for a full refund and place a new order at your convenience.
